Maman m'a appris cette recette à ce moment. Comme ça plaisait à mon père, j'ai continué d'en faire plus souvent. C'est aussi le dessert préféré de mon grand-père, Pierre.<br /> <br /> == La recette ==<br /> ==== Temps de préparation ====<br /> * Préparation : 45 min<br /> <br /> ==== Ingrédients ====<br /> Pour 6 personnes :<br /> * 3 oeufs<br /> * 500 g de mascarpone<br /> * 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre<br /> * 1/4 de litre de café<br /> * 20 à 25 biscuits à la cuillère<br /> * Cacao en poudre<br /> <br /> ==== Préparation ====<br /> # Préparer le café, le verser dans une assiette creuse, laisser refroidir.<br /> # Séparer le blanc des jaunes.<br /> # Battre les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu'à ce qu'ils blanchissent.<br /> # Continuer à battre et incorporer petit à petit le mascarpone.<br /> # Monter les blancs en neige.<br /> # Incorporer progressivement les blancs au mélange, avec une maryse.<br /> # Tremper les biscuits à la cuillère dans le café, entièrement mais rapidement.
